ORDERS EASILY
To begin a foreclosure requires little more than a staff signature on
our completed Request to Prepare Notice of Default form, together with
copies of the Note and Deed of Trust. These documents may be faxed
or mailed to us, using our Federal Express or UPS accounts. If you
wish, messenger service is available locally.
- DOCUMENT RECORDINGS
In mortgage servicing "time is money". That's why RTDS
has established a recording system second to none. In may counties
we can now provide you with same day recordings. In the remaining
counties, 24 hour recording times are now standard.
- PROCESSING
FUNDS
If you wish, our staff will process the reinstatements, payoff and
forbearance/workout funds for your accounts. We will confirm figures
with your staff prior to issuing quotations or accepting funds.
Payments are then forwarded to you via UPS or Federal Express
the next business day, together with final accounting.
- MANAGEMENT
REPORTS
Summary status reports will be sent to your loan servicing
department on a monthly basis. you will know at a glance each file's
progress through foreclosure with dates and costs highlighted.
