those other parties who have recorded "Request for
Notice" with the County Recorder. |

of Default will be mailed to all junior lien holders, and
other parties who are shown in the title report to have
a recorded interest in the real property. |

If
IRS Liens are shown on our title report, notice of
a Trustee's Sale will be mailed to IRS, as per their regulations.
All steps leading to the Trustee's Sale will be followed.
(a)
publication of the Notice of Sale will be placed in a newspaper
of general circulation in the district where the real property
is located; (b) a notice will be physically posted on the
real property, if a residence, generally on the front door;
(c) all mailings of Notice of Sale will be sent, regular
and ceritfied mail, to the owners and all interested parties. |
